Job Description

You will report to the Onboarding/Offboarding Lead and assist with the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience for employees and contractors. You will be the point of contact for all teammates, hiring managers and stakeholders. You will work closely with HR, IT, Compliance, and Training and vendor teams to optimize components of the onboarding / offboarding process delivered by teams other than the People team and ensure alignment with other people processes and workflows.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields of study
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, people systems, and compliance
  • Knowledge of Workday, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, pivot quickly based on changing business needs, and manage time appropriately.

  • Location: Anywhere in the USA. This is a remote position. Our headquarters are in Boston, MA.
